The analyses, indicators, scores, and insights provided by the Service are generated through automated processes, statistical models, and third-party AI systems.

You expressly acknowledge that:

• Outputs are informational and indicative only
• AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change
• Meikai does not guarantee completeness, exhaustiveness, or accuracy

The Service does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or strategic advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Meikai or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

8. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data submitted to the Service (“Customer Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Meikai a limited right to host, process, and analyze Customer Content for Service delivery and improvement.

Meikai may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security risks.

Meikai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last twelve (12) months.

Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory provisions apply.
